This role is for an experienced UKG Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) and Boomi integration knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess 3-10 years of hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Kronos systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance for clients. This position requires a deep understanding of Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation. The consultant will be instrumental in setting up and maintaining Kronos Clock Terminals, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and managing business structure setups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on technical design, IRD/IDD preparation, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks for Kronos/UKG implementation projects.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and meet overall business requirements; identify and document technical gaps.
- Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customer business requirements.
- Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, manage personal task assignments, and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
- Track tasks, deliverables, risks, and issues, and report to management as needed.
- Monitor and drive issues to resolution, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed, contributing to a robust deployment process.
- Document design and code consistently throughout the design/development process, maintaining high standards of technical documentation.
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations to client audiences and professional peers, effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Configure Kronos for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation modules.
- Set up and troubleshoot Kronos Clock Terminals and Intouch Devices.
- Maintain Business Structure setup and troubleshoot related issues.
- Proficiently set up Manager Access requests and manage user permissions.
- Review, create, and modify Employee Groups, Labor Category Profiles, Labor Category Entry lists, and Organizational Sets.
- Configure new person records and understand the concept of Function Access Profiles.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and biweekly interface jobs to ensure timely imports and accuracy of data inputs.
- Perform troubleshooting activities using hyper-find queries, genies, and reports.
- Monitor the Transaction Assistant daily and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide comprehensive training and documentation to end-users as needed, fostering self-sufficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
- Demonstrated experience in Boomi integration with UKG knowledge.
- Proven ability to configure Kronos for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
- Experience in setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle client interaction and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.
- Proficiency in setting up Manager Access requests and managing access profiles.
- Knowledgeable in reviewing, creating, and modifying Employee Groups, Labor Category Profiles, Labor Category Entry lists, and Organizational Sets.
- Understanding of configuring new person records and Function Access Profiles.
- Experience monitoring interface jobs and performing troubleshooting using Kronos tools like hyper-find queries, genies, and reports.
- Ability to monitor the Transaction Assistant daily and resolve issues efficiently.
Good to Have Skills:
- Boomi certification or UKG-specific certifications are a significant plus.
- Experience in SQL Programming Knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology for project execution.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
