Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the healthcare sector, leveraging the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various healthcare departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations and customizations.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders, to meet healthcare-specific needs.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze existing healthcare business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce technology.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, healthcare industry trends, and best practices.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Salesforce in the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud).
- Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and terminology.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Experience with data migration and integration projects is desirable.
