Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Content Engineer to join our team and support critical Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) operations within a prominent public-sector technology organization. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing the technologies, workflows, and content essential for producing and disseminating high-quality Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) products. As the administrator and content manager of the organization’s intelligence-sharing platform, you will play a key role in coordinating with engineering teams, vendors, and various internal stakeholders to ensure the effective and secure flow of intelligence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong content management capabilities, a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, and proven experience in product ownership. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the intelligence sharing platform, ensuring seamless user onboarding, robust access control, and responsive support. Your expertise will extend to managing the entire content lifecycle and the dissemination of CTI products, as well as administering the internal intelligence production tracking platform. A critical aspect of this role involves performing final copy-editing, quality assurance reviews, and managing the release of intelligence reports. You will also be instrumental in managing workflows, policies, and processes associated with intelligence production and sharing, acting as a key liaison between threat intelligence teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Furthermore, you will collaborate with intelligence teams to develop the platform roadmap and product strategy, manage the product backlog to support continuous delivery of new features and improvements, and develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation for users.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator of the intelligence sharing platform, overseeing user onboarding, access control, and providing essential support.
  • Manage the complete content lifecycle and ensure the timely dissemination of cyber threat intelligence products.
  • Administer the internal intelligence production tracking platform to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform final copy-editing, rigorous quality assurance reviews, and manage the official release of intelligence reports.
  • Oversee and manage workflows, policies, and processes critical to intelligence production and sharing.
  • Act as a key liaison with engineering teams and vendors regarding platform updates, technical issues, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with intelligence teams to develop and refine the platform roadmap and overall product strategy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between threat intelligence teams, various stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Manage the product backlog effectively to support the continuous delivery of new features, functionalities, and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation to support users of the platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing Content Management Systems (CMS) or publishing platforms.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Release Management or Project Management.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP), with a strong preference for OpenCTI.
  • Proven experience managing content publication or CMS environments.
  • Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Experience working with complex data models specifically related to cyber threat intelligence.
  • A strong ability to drive product strategy and effectively manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent copy-editing and content quality review skills are essential.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities are required.

Preferred / Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of information security principles and cybersecurity practices.
  • Understanding of software architecture and security engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern technology stacks.
  • Experience with cyber threat intelligence standards such as STIX, TAXII, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Experience with API-driven intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile project environments.
  • Relevant Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.

Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote). Need Local to Brooklyn, NY. Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
