Job Summary:

Tek Inspirastions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Enablement Manager to join our client’s team in Omaha, Nebraska. This is an on-site, W2 position focused on driving enterprise adoption of intelligent automation and generative AI capabilities. The role involves a blend of software engineering, automation design, and applied AI development to create scalable solutions that boost productivity, enhance decision-making, and modernize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants leveraging Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform AI Builder.
  • Prompt Engineering & AI Integration: Create, test, and optimize prompt engineering frameworks, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise data sources through secure APIs, connectors, and knowledge bases.
  • Process Automation: Develop and maintain end-to-end process automations using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Azure Logic Apps. Orchestrate automation flows that incorporate AI insights for improved decision-making and user engagement.
  • Reusable Components: Build and maintain reusable components, templates, and connectors to promote repeatable automation patterns across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business process owners to identify pain points and translate them into effective intelligent workflows.
  • Platform Administration & Governance: Administer and govern Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments. This includes managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines, tenant administration, and setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all developed solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards established by IT governance.
  • Support & Coaching: Support proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects for various business units. Provide technical coaching and guidance to Center of Excellence (COE) champions and power users.
  • Documentation & Training: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive documentation, playbooks, and internal training materials to support the automation COE.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, automation engineering, or applied AI engineering.
  • Azure AI Services: Expertise with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Power Platform: Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, including AI Builder.
  • RPA: Proven experience with UiPath RPA development and administration, covering both cloud and on-premises deployments.
  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, C#, Terraform, or TypeScript.
  • API Integration: Strong understanding of API development and integration, including REST and Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • AI Governance: Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI principles, and automation governance best practices.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and concepts related to enterprise-scale AI deployments.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, and collaboration skills. Must be adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Vendor Management: Experience interacting with vendors and IT outsourcing partners is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time, on-site position located in Omaha, Nebraska.
  • The role requires approximately 3 days per week in the office.
  • Local candidates are preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $65 – $85 per year
