Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated React Native Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. You will ensure seamless integration with native iOS and Android components, driving architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of React Native applications.
- Architect robust and scalable mobile solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Oversee the integration of React Native applications with native iOS and Android functionalities.
- Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement and maintain security best practices within the mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, particularly in the React Native ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of overall professional experience in software development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically with React Native development.
- Proven experience in integrating React Native applications with native iOS and Android components.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and related technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Knowledge of other mobile development frameworks.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques for mobile apps.
