Job Overview
This position is for an ERP Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle. The role involves providing technical expertise and support for Oracle ERP systems. The consultant will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle ERP modules to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Oracle ERP modules.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications and technical designs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and functional teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP technologies and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an ERP Technical Consultant with a focus on Oracle.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS).
- Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle integration technologies (e.g., OAF, Web Services).
- Familiarity with Oracle database administration and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Additional Information
This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of ERP technical architecture and development. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with complex systems and delivering high-quality technical solutions. Experience with cloud-based Oracle solutions is a plus.
