Job Description
We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in robotic process automation (RPA) development and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using UiPath, along with strong problem-solving skills to support and troubleshoot existing automation solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive agentic automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
- Provide end-to-end RPA development including process design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Support and maintain existing UiPath robots by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
- Monitor the performance of automation solutions and optimize for reliability and scalability.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes and support activities.
- Work with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) to implement best practices and governance standards.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior developers and support team members.
- Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and agile ceremonies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience Required: 6-8 years in Digital : Robotic Process Automation – UiPath
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using UiPath
- Ability to support and troubleshoot existing automation solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with RPA best practices and governance standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UiPath Studio
- Understanding of agentic automation initiatives
- Experience in creating and maintaining detailed documentation
- Ability to train and mentor junior developers

Compensation & Location
Salary: $45 – $65 per year
