About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow SAM Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end SAM Enterprise Architecture, design, and implementation. This is a critical role responsible for defining the technical roadmap for Software Asset Management (SAM), ensuring alignment with IT Asset Management (ITAM) goals and ITIL best practices. You will architect integrations, define technical standards, and drive the strategic direction of our SAM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for end-to-end SAM Enterprise Architecture, design & Implementation.
- Lead design & configurations including normalization, reconciliation, and license metrics.
- Architect the integration between ServiceNow SAM and various data sources (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, CrowdStrike, Tanium, Coupe etc.).
- Help set up and manage SaaS integrations for cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce etc.).
- Define technical standards for software discovery, inventory, and software model management.
- Own the technical roadmap for SAM, ensuring alignment with ITAM goals and ITIL best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on SAM Architect experience.
- Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Expertise in CMDB & Discovery.
- Experience with ITAM, ITSM, and integrations.
- Proven experience designing complex ServiceNow data models and workflows.
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS SAM (Implementation Specialist) / ITAM-related (as applicable).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $190,000 per year
