Job Summary
Cyber Resource is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer / Programmer Analyst to modernize a critical financial system. This role requires a strong background in Oracle database technologies, web application development, and a proven ability to deliver robust solutions. The position operates on a Hybrid work model and requires in-person interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web-based applications using Oracle APEX, ensuring seamless integration with the Oracle backend.
- Design, develop, and implement complex SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, and Javascript/Jquery components.
- Modernize existing financial systems by leveraging Oracle and APEX capabilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze new requirements for application development.
- Prepare functional and system specifications for application programmers.
- Develop data models and system designs that are scalable and efficient.
- Write and test complex program codes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrative features.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for developed applications and systems.
- Implement and support data processing systems, ensuring smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle databases, APEX applications, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work effectively within a Hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline activities and utilize Git for version control.
- Assess the impact of software upgrades and other environment changes on existing applications.
- Manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional work experience in Oracle 11g/12c/18c Database.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Professional experience working with web-based applications using Oracle as the backend.
- Proficiency in HTML, Javascript, and Jquery.
- Experience in Oracle APEX development is required.
- Strong background and work experience in developing true web applications.
- Knowledge in software development and installation.
- Familiarity with change management processes.
- Experience with Git CI/CD pipeline is a plus.
- Strong designing, development, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously.
Work Environment & Requirements
- This position requires a Hybrid work model.
- In-Person interviews are mandatory.
