Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Techno-Functional Consultant for an urgent position with our client. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules and end-to-end business processes within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and functional expertise, with a proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Financials solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong hands-on experience in an Oracle EBS R12 Finance techno-functional role.
- Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OM, AR, CE, GL) processes within a manufacturing context.
- Showcase end-to-end knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PO, AP, Payments, GL) processes within a manufacturing context.
- Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing financial flows, including Work-in-Process (WIP), Costing, and the integration of Inventory to Finance.
- Utilize expertise in AR, AP, Cash Management, GL, and EBTax modules.
- Apply knowledge of Payments, Lockbox, AutoInvoice, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and accounting setups.
- Understand the impact of Cost Accounting on Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay transactions.
- Leverage experience in carve-out, spin-off, or divestiture projects.
- Gain exposure to customer, supplier, item, open AR/AP, WIP, and inventory migration activities.
- Perform hands-on GL reconciliation across O2C, P2P, and Manufacturing modules.
- Apply strong techno-functional skills, including SQL, data validation, and issue triage.
- Coordinate RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows) activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and hypercare support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules.
- In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with RICEW components and project lifecycle phases (UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
