Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability of our ServiceNow platform and collaborating closely with the ServiceNow vendor to ensure compatibility of new applications with our existing platform data model. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities across various modules and a proactive approach to platform management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Engage with the ServiceNow vendor to assess and ensure compatibility of new applications and features with the current platform data model.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Develop and implement best practices for ServiceNow platform governance, security, and data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ServiceNow administration and development teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
- Document platform configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Ensure that the platform adheres to security standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Alternatively, a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in multiple areas (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) is acceptable.
- Proven experience in managing and architecting enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models and platform architecture.
- Experience with encryption technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Minimum of 13+ years of experience in IT, with a significant focus on ServiceNow architecture and development.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
