Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead a greenfield ServiceNow implementation. This role requires a blend of architectural expertise and hands-on implementation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and Service Catalog functionalities within the ServiceNow platform. Experience with API-based integrations and a strong grasp of ServiceNow licensing and multitenancy are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and hands-on implementation of a greenfield ServiceNow project.
- Oversee and execute ITSM implementation strategies.
- Manage and govern CMDB and Configuration Management, excluding Discovery.
- Implement and manage Model Management and CMDB governance processes.
- Gain experience with ITAM / HAM Pro implementation.
- Develop and manage Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
- Configure and customize the Service Catalog, including Order Guides and Flow Designer.
- Design and implement Services & Service Offerings using logical modeling.
- Develop and manage API-based integrations via a message bus.
- Ensure a strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing models and multitenancy best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Consultant.
- Extensive experience with ITSM implementation and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of CMDB, Configuration Management, and Model Management.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro).
- Proficiency in Service Catalog, Order Guides, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with Services & Service Offerings logical modeling.
- Familiarity with API integrations and message bus architectures.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing and multitenancy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $94 – $196,144 per year
Location: Land O’ Lakes, FL
