About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative AI Product Manager to own and drive the end-to-end product execution for a cutting-edge, next-generation AI-driven system specifically designed for the HR Talent Management domain. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of technical acumen, product strategy, and domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions within the HR Talent Management space.
  • Leverage a strong foundation in software engineering principles and possess hands-on coding experience to understand technical complexities and guide development teams effectively.
  • Develop and refine prototypes, utilize vibecoding techniques, and apply advanced data analytics to inform product decisions and enhance AI model performance.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, HR stakeholders, and compliance officers to ensure the development of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring seamless integration and buy-in from all relevant HR teams, AI Compliance, and engineering departments.
  • Lead the design and successful delivery of an Agentic AI solution, utilizing platforms like Copilot Studio Agents, to orchestrate complex models, tools, workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Translate intricate business requirements into clear, actionable AI system requirements, detailed user stories, and precise acceptance criteria.
  • Champion and implement AI engineering best practices throughout the entire product lifecycle, including model selection, prompt engineering strategies, data grounding techniques, and robust agent design.
  • Define, implement, and own comprehensive AI evaluation frameworks to measure and ensure the quality, relevance, fairness, bias, explainability, and reliability of AI outputs for HR use cases.
  • Ensure unwavering adherence to stringent data privacy, security, and compliance regulations, particularly concerning highly sensitive HR and employee data.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with bias, fairness, explainability, and trust in AI-driven talent acquisition and succession planning decisions.
  • Make strategic, informed trade-offs between traditional Machine Learning algorithms and advanced LLM/agentic approaches, considering factors such as business impact, risk tolerance, and technical feasibility.
  • Maintain a deep and current understanding of the latest advancements in AI/ML, agentic AI, and the broader Copilot ecosystem, applying this knowledge pragmatically to enhance product offerings.
  • Serve as the primary AI thought leader for the product management team, capable of critically evaluating designs, posing insightful technical questions, and guiding teams toward optimal outcomes.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in building, managing, or significantly contributing to HR platforms, People Analytics tools, or Talent Management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, other agent frameworks, or similar AI orchestration platforms.
  • A solid understanding of various Machine Learning algorithms (e.g., recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, predictive modeling) and their practical application within HR use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI evaluation, responsible AI principles, ensuring fairness, and mitigating bias, especially within sensitive data domains.
  • A background in software engineering or AI/ML engineering, with the ability to critically review technical designs and architectures.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI products, particularly on cloud platforms like Azure.
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance frameworks, and security standards relevant to enterprise or regulated industries.
  • A history of successfully leading high-stakes, high-visibility AI initiatives, effectively engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

Special Requirements

Onsite role. Requires strong software engineering knowledge and coding experience. Experience with AI evaluation, responsible AI, fairness, and bias mitigation is crucial. Must ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance for sensitive HR data.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Seattle, WA
