About the Role:

We are actively seeking a seasoned Client Partner with a proven track record of successfully partnering with major consulting firms, specifically Ernst & Young, to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for fostering and expanding our client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business development, account management, and strategic consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term strategic relationships with key clients, particularly those with existing ties to Ernst & Young.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, aligning our service offerings with client needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, proposal development, and statement of work (SOW) creation.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the right talent is sourced and placed to meet client project demands.
  • Contribute to the overall business development strategy and growth objectives of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in client relationship management, business development, and account management, preferably within the IT consulting or professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with or working within large consulting firms such as Ernst & Young.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and related technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid work environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
