Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in Public Sector Expertise to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of government programs, regulatory frameworks, and the ability to lead large, complex Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related technologies, ensuring successful delivery of solutions for federal, state, and local agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for public sector clients.
- Leverage expertise in government programs such as benefits, case management, licensing, grants, inspections, and services.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local agency regulations and frameworks.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis, solution scoping, and process design to meet client needs.
- Utilize deep Salesforce expertise including Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, APIs, LWC, Apex, integrations, security architecture, and DevOps.
- Understand and apply compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, NIST 80053, CJIS, and HIPAA.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Proven success in leading large, multisystem Salesforce programs.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7 or more years of overall Salesforce experience.
- 3 or more years of experience specifically as a Salesforce Architect.
- 3 or more years of experience supporting public sector clients.
- Extensive knowledge of government programs and regulatory frameworks.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, APIs, LWC, Apex, integrations, security architecture, and DevOps.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 80053, CJIS, and HIPAA.
- Strong process design, requirements analysis, and solution scoping capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead large, multisystem Salesforce programs.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Application or System Architect
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Nice to Have)
Secondary Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.

This position requires candidates to be local to Texas.
Special Requirements
Local to TX only. Knowledge of government programs (benefits, case management, licensing, grants, inspections, services). Experience with federal, state, or local agencies and regulatory frameworks. Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
