Job Title: Oracle Supply Planning Consultant (ASCP And Demantra)

This is a 100% remote position with a duration of 9 months. We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Supply Planning Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in ASCP and Demantra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Demantra integrations, as well as planning flows.
  • Manage collections, planning runs, exceptions, and the planner workbench.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Inventory teams to resolve planning-related issues.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), test scripts, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents.
  • Support testing, cutover, plan migration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • Troubleshoot forecasting, plan output, and supply constraint issues.
  • Improve planning accuracy, master data, and lead time settings.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle EBS R12 ASCP, Demantra, and Production Planning.
  • Gather and document business requirements, analyze and map business processes, and provide GAP analysis.
  • Design extensions to address identified gaps.
  • Configure modules and conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and end-user tests.
  • Plan and execute cutover tasks and provide post-go-live support.
  • Gain a good understanding of Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning processes.
  • Experience with ASCP plan setup (Standard, Constrained/Unconstrained, Net/New) and strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, Routings, Resources, Lead Times, and Planning Parameters.
  • Experience with ASCP exceptions, planner workbench, reschedules, shortages, Collections, planning data refresh, and snapshots.
  • Good understanding of Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Purchasing integration with Planning.
  • Ability to troubleshoot forecast issues, Available to Promise (ATP) issues, and plan output exceptions.
  • Strong knowledge in Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC).
  • Knowledge of the Oracle Demantra platform, architecture, and integration capabilities.
  • Expertise in Demantra: Demand Management, Forecasting, Worksheets, and Scenarios.
  • Workbook development (Table-based, composite, data modification, alerts, hierarchies, filters, scenario hierarchy setup, series).
  • Planning engine knowledge and data model modification.
  • Troubleshoot worksheet issues, engine errors, interface failures, and batch jobs, workflows, methods, and business modeler configurations.
  • Good SQL skills for data validation and planning diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), constrained planning, and pegging analysis.
  • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain-heavy environments.
  • Work with Oracle vendor for standard problems.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ASCP and Demantra solution implementations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 ASCP, Demantra, and Production Planning.
  • Experience with Oracle R12.
  • Experience with Oracle Demantra Demand Management (DM) and Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning (RTS&OP).
  • Experience with ASCP plan setup (Standard, Constrained/Unconstrained, Net/New).

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher.

Compensation & Location
