Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hands-on .Net Tech Lead with a strong background in trading API development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a high-performance trading API and will possess deep domain expertise in Wealth Management, including Trading, Equity, and related financial instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a high-performance trading API.
- Develop and maintain robust .Net applications and services.
- Utilize AWS services such as Glue, EKS, SQS, Lambda, and EC2 in the development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Mandatory Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services.
- In-depth understanding of Trading, Equity, and Bonds.
- Knowledge of Payment processing systems.
- Familiarity with Regulatory compliance (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Experience with Risk and fraud systems.
- Understanding of Financial data security standards.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in .Net framework and C#.
- Experience with AWS services (Glue, EKS, SQS, Lambda, EC2).
- Strong experience with Angular.
- Experience in trading API development.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect/Developer Associate).
- Experience working with large financial institutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Employment Type
This role is primarily onsite, but we are open to considering Full-Time candidates with the possibility of a remote option for exceptional individuals who are ready to work in the EST time zone.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
