About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with extensive experience in Java development to join our team. This role requires a strong hands-on background in microservices, Spring Boot, and related technologies. You will lead development efforts, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Java-based applications, focusing on microservices architecture.
- Develop and implement solutions using Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Utilize JDK 17+ and actively employ AI tools like Git Co-Pilot for development.
- Implement and manage Splunk queries and dashboards for monitoring and analysis.
- Analyze application performance using APM tools.
- Design and manage MongoDB schemas and queries, and work with Kafka messaging services.
- Develop applications using Oracle DB.
- Familiarize with BDD development practices.
- Work with OCP and Kubernetes container platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Solve complex technical problems with minimal guidance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15+ years of application development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot Microservice development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Web application development.
- Proficiency with JDK 17+.
- Actively using AI tools such as Git Co-Pilot.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk queries and dashboards.
- Familiarity with APM tools and their analysis.
- Strong experience in MongoDB design/queries and Kafka messaging service.
- Familiarity with Oracle DB.
- Familiarity with BDD development.
- Familiarity with OCP and Kubernetes container platforms.
- Excellent team player and effective communicator.
- Good problem solver with minimal guidance.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
