Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience to support strategic initiatives at Palo Alto Networks. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, particularly focusing on integration planning, execution, and post-merger activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A integration projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate across business, IT, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support post-merger integration activities, including systems, processes, and operations.
• Communicate progress and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager in M&A environments.
• Proven experience in integration planning and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise environments.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
