Job Description: Integration Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Architect to lead complex integration transformation programs utilizing Azure Integration Services. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Function Apps, with a strong command of both GraphQL and REST-based services. Proven mastery of Real-time, Batch, and File-based design patterns for enterprise-scale systems is essential. MuleSoft experience is a significant advantage for hybrid environments. Exceptional communication skills are required to bridge technical execution with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the Integration Architecture leveraging Azure APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Function Apps.
  • Lead API and event-driven design including REST and GraphQL schemas, versioning, standards, and governance.
  • Establish and enforce integration patterns for real-time, batch, and file-based processing.
  • Guide solution design and delivery across squads, ensuring scalability, resilience, and best practices.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and zero-trust principles including API policies, encryption, and identity management.
  • Drive DevOps automation with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automated testing, and environment governance.
  • Implement observability and performance monitoring with dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLA alignment.
  • Provide technical leadership and stakeholder communication, bridging business strategy with engineering execution.
  • Oversee hybrid integration patterns and coexistence/migration strategies involving MuleSoft where applicable.
  • Produce integration documentation and enablement (playbooks, standards, runbooks, developer guidelines).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in integration architecture and solution design.
  • Deep expertise in Azure Integration Services (APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps).
  • Strong command of GraphQL and REST-based services.
  • Proven mastery of Real-time, Batch, and File-based design patterns.
  • Experience with MuleSoft is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with DevOps automation, CI/CD, and IaC.
  • Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools.
