Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Content Management Developer with a strong background in Java development and Apache Sling knowledge. This role is crucial for building and enhancing our content-based applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and a solid understanding of basic web technologies. You will be responsible for developing CMS features, components, and templates, integrating with various systems, and ensuring optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CMS features, components, and templates.
- Integrate content management systems with digital asset management (DAM) and other relevant systems.
- Utilize Java development expertise to build robust content management solutions.
- Apply Apache Sling knowledge to create dynamic and efficient content delivery.
- Work with REST APIs and JSON for data exchange and integration.
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Understand and apply basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within the CMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement content strategies.
- Ensure content is structured correctly and managed efficiently within the repository.
Must-Have Skills:
- Java development experience
- Apache Sling knowledge
- Understanding of content-based applications
- REST APIs and JSON experience
- Git familiarity
- Basic web technologies understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to build CMS features, components, and templates
- Experience with content repositories and structured content

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
