Job Title: .NET Architect with AWS

We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Architect with extensive AWS expertise to lead the migration and modernization of monolithic applications into cloud-native, microservices-based architectures on AWS. This role requires a strong background in C#, .NET Core, containerization, and a deep understanding of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions, including migrating legacy .NET applications to AWS.
  • Modernization: Refactor legacy code into microservices using .NET 6+ and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
  • DevOps Leadership: Guide and mentor DevOps teams, defining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration strategies.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide technical leadership, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices for security and cost optimization within the AWS environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 16+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Languages & Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and SQL.
  • AWS Services: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  • DevOps Tools: Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
  • Cloud Architecture: Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on AWS.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Experience working with Banking & Financial Clients.

Banking & Financial Clients EXP.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Fort Mill, SC
