Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Selenium Tester with experience in AI Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and Java, and experience in Salesforce/Agent Force. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Scrum tester with AI Agent experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce/Agent Force experience as a mandatory requirement.
  • Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Test APIs and data integrations.
  • Validate and test AI Agent accuracy, refine based on results, and ensure test data represents realistic use interactions.
  • Generate prompts and leverage Test Center for prompt execution.
  • Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
  • Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience in software testing.
  • Very strong experience in Selenium Testing.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in testing APIs and data integrations.
  • Proficiency in Test Automation and execution.
  • Understanding of AI concepts and the challenges of testing AI systems.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, with experience in a Safe Agile environment.
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
  • Experience with Test Management tools (Rational Tool Suite, JIRA).
  • Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Hartford, CT
