Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to assist in the establishment and ownership of a new custom-built internal application. This application will serve as a unified interface for the entire company, consolidating multiple point solutions (Salesforce, Workday, SOX tools, etc.) into one cohesive UI leveraging APIs and integration points. The role will heavily emphasize hands-on development within a modern full stack environment, including React, Node.js, and MySQL, hosted on AWS. While Salesforce will remain the system of record, the application will act as the presentation/UI layer. The developer will be responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining this complex system of APIs, ensuring seamless navigation, logging, and usability across all systems. This individual will take complete ownership of the platform and is expected to operate autonomously with minimal supervision. They should be adept at using AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor or similar) to enhance delivery speed, while also rigorously validating outputs, identifying potential issues, and implementing clean, scalable architecture. The expectation is for this person to be actively building and implementing solutions, rather than solely generating requirements or documentation. This role is a backfill position, introducing a new skill set as the team transitions from Salesforce-centric development to a more traditional full stack architecture. Project demands are increasing while budgets remain constant, making efficiency, accountability, and technical depth critical.

  • MUST-HAVE Skills:
    • Senior-level full stack development experience (Lead Developer level).
    • Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and MySQL.
    • Strong AWS experience (hosting, infrastructure, integrations).
    • Extensive API and integration experience.
    • Ability to independently architect, build, and own applications.
    • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and best practices (familiarity with Aria AI or similar is acceptable).
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple initiatives.
  • PLUS/Nice-to-have Skills:
    • Familiarity with Salesforce (as a system of record, not primary development).
    • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
    • Understanding of security considerations in cloud-based applications.
    • Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code and outputs.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
