Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our team for an onsite contract position in Owings Mills, MD. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data architectures that support business objectives.
• Create and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Define data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and methodologies.
• Oversee the implementation of data governance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineering and development teams.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop strategies for data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
• Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and data modeling.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise data solutions.
• Expertise in various data modeling techniques (e.g., Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault).
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in data governance, data quality, and master data management concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Information

• This is a 6-month contract position.
• The rate is $67/hr on C2C Max.
• The role is onsite in Owings Mills, MD.

Salary: $139,392 – $139,392 per year (Estimated)
