Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team for a long-term, contract-to-hire position. This role is fully remote and requires a W2 employment type. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, with a blend of 80% management and 20% hands-on technical involvement. You will be responsible for managing blockers, driving Proof of Concepts (POCs), and providing thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Statement of Work (SOW) for the year, with eligibility for hire after 6 months.
- Manage multiple teams and oversee three workstreams.
- Foster a rapid delivery mindset to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support as needed.
- Manage project blockers and facilitate effective problem-solving.
- Drive the development and implementation of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Contribute thought leadership to project strategy and execution.
Technical Skillset:
- Proficiency in Java, AWS, and Apache Spark.
- Experience with databases such as Mongo, Postgress, and Kafka.
- Must be language-agnostic and capable of adapting to evolving technology stacks.
- AI literacy and a willingness to learn and apply new AI technologies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent team management capabilities.
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Demonstrated rapid delivery mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Broader Initiative:
This role is part of a broader initiative focused on the capitalization of non-medical payments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
