Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Delivery Leader with a strong background in Data & Analytics, specifically within the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) domain. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Databricks, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in program management and client engagement. This role is crucial for driving end-to-end delivery of complex data programs and fostering strong client relationships at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data and analytics programs, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, engaging with stakeholders at the VP and CXO levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategic account plans.
- Lead and manage multi-vendor programs, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the delivery of tangible business value through data and analytics initiatives.
- Oversee and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs) processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Champion best practices in data delivery, analytics, and program management.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience in Data & Analytics Delivery.
- Proficiency with Databricks platform.
- Strong Stakeholder Management capabilities.
- Proven Program Management expertise.
- Deep understanding of the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) Domain.
- Experience managing RFPs.
- Demonstrated Client Engagement skills.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics delivery, program management, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in the HLS sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing large, complex data programs.
- Experience working with executive-level clients.
