About the Role:
Lead client finance innovation and transformation portfolios, ensuring delivery aligned to business outcomes and contractual commitments. Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional agile teams, driving ceremonies, removing impediments, and scaling agile ways of working. Serve as a trusted advisor to client Finance and IT leaders, shaping roadmaps and governing execution. Present program progress, risks, and value realization to client executives and steering committees.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong consulting experience in finance transformation, AI led innovation programs, or large-scale change initiatives.
- Proven Scrum Master/ agile delivery leadership in client environments (Preferably SAFe).
- Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to drive agile maturity, adoption, and measurable value realization for clients.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80 – $85 per year
