Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in real estate and digital transformations to join our client, Newyork Life. This is a hybrid role based in Manhattan, NJ, requiring 3 days in the office per week. The contract is for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved.
  • Possess assertiveness in driving project milestones.
  • Directly deal with Real Estate Business users and IT stakeholders on the project.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
  • Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
  • Interact with 3rd party vendors (Deal Path).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing Development projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformations with real estate domain experience.
  • At least 10+ years of project management or business analyst experience.
  • Must act as the voice of the customer and simulate customer activities.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and software development.
  • Experience in Real Estate Commercial Mortgage Lending is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Clarity PPM/Field Glass, ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in managing Development projects.
  • 5+ years of Digital Transformations with real estate domain experience.
  • At least 10+ years of project management or business analyst experience.
  • Local to NJ.

Work Mode & Location

  • Hybrid: Manhattan, NJ (3 days in office)

Job Type & Duration

  • Contract: 12 months (subject to extension)

Compensation

  • C2C: $73/hour (preferred)

Interview Process

  • Recruitment Prescreening: 20 minutes intro videocall
  • Trianz Technical: 30-45 minutes video call
  • Customer call: 45-60 minutes video call

Project Start Date

  • Immediate upon finding a qualified candidate.
