Job Description:
Seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials developer for a critical migration project. This role’s primary responsibilities include analyzing the legacy system built on the .NET framework, reverse-engineering business logic, and extracting critical data, as well as standard PeopleSoft development.
The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to document and explain the legacy logic to the project team and stakeholders.
Other duties include standard SDLC tasks and other project tasks as needed. Depending on the project phase, some off-hours may be required.
Skills Needed:
- 8+ Years Required: Development experience with PeopleTools (at least 2 years)
- 8+ Years Required: Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher (at least 2 years)
- 8+ Years Required: Experience with an advanced Oracle database (at least 2 years)
- 8+ Years Required: Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures.
- 8+ Years Required: Legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations (at least 2 years)
- 4+ Years Preferred: Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- 2+ Years Preferred: Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
- 2+ Years Preferred: Experience with Jira
- 1+ Years Preferred: Experience working with the Scrum framework

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year
