Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for cross-functional teams. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring Scrum practices are followed, removing impediments, enabling continuous improvement, and driving effective collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and helping the team stay focused on sprint goals.
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and sprint health.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively escalate when required.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable outcomes.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders in a scaled Agile environment.
- Ensure compliance with client, security, and governance requirements (especially in BFSI setups).
- Support release planning and cross-team alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe – good to have).
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in BFSI regulated environments preferred.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- PMI ACP (good to have)

Special Requirements
Local candidates to Mount Laurel, NJ only. BFSI domain experience required. Must be able to work onsite.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
