Role 1: IAM Engineer (Senior / Manager)

Target Profiles

  • 8-15 years of experience in Product Management / Platform Ownership for IAM.
  • Strong IAM strategy and roadmap ownership, not just delivery.
  • Background in Financial Services / Banking / Wealth / FinTech preferred.

Must-Have Experience

  • End-to-end ownership of IAM platforms (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra ID, Auth0).
  • Experience with Passwordless, MFA, and Adaptive / Risk-based authentication.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture teams.
  • Exposure to Zero Trust, PCI, SOC2, and NIST frameworks.

Role 2: Product Owner IAM (Delivery / Implementation Focus)

Target Profiles

  • 6-12 years of experience as a Product Owner or IAM Delivery Lead.
  • Hands-on IAM implementation and rollout experience.
  • Strong Agile Product Owner skills, capable of translating security requirements into actionable user stories.

Must-Have Experience

  • IAM delivery experience, including MFA, SSO, and Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
  • Experience with IAM platform implementation: Okta / Ping / ForgeRock / Entra ID.
  • Proficiency in application onboarding, MFA policy rollout, and federation integrations.
  • Close collaboration with engineering and security architecture teams.

General Requirements

  • The role requires extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Candidates should possess a strong understanding of IAM strategies, roadmaps, and implementation best practices.
  • Experience within the Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with various IAM platforms and technologies is essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.

Special Requirements

Multiple locations: Fort Mill, SC; New York, NY; San Diego, CA. Experience in Financial Services/Banking/Wealth/FinTech preferred. Must have experience with IAM platforms like Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra ID, Auth0. Familiarity with Zero Trust, PCI, SOC2, NIST is a plus.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Fort Mill, SC
