Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with a strong background in ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM to join our team. This is a long-term contract opportunity (12+ months) located in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
  • Develop and manage Service Catalogs, including standard and multi-row variable sets.
  • Design and implement complex workflows using Flow Designer (Flows, sub-flows, and decision tables).
  • Develop multi-page record producers and catalog forms.
  • Provide advanced to expert level experience in Employee Center portal development.
  • Utilize moderate to advanced scripting knowledge for various development activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and perform analysis of discovery logs to identify and resolve errors.
  • Support CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup initiatives.
  • Perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
  • Review and analyze Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Apply practical knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI, etc.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of infrastructure components including servers, databases, storage, network devices, and cloud instances.

Duration:

12+ months contract

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
