The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to shape how our systems are designed, scaled, and integrated. You will translate business strategy into robust architectures, ensuring our platformsespecially AI-enabled systemsare secure, scalable, and future-ready.
Role Summary:
Own end-to-end system architecture and design governance, defining reference architectures and standards across platforms and AI solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into system architectures
- Define and maintain reference architectures (e.g., AI/GenAI systems, RAG, integration patterns)
- Evaluate trade-offs across scalability, performance, cost, and security
- Drive architectural alignment and maintain decision records across teams
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and AI safety standards
- Guide engineering teams through implementation and validate design adherence
- Partner with stakeholders to shape long-term solution strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience designing enterprise-scale, distributed systems
- Strong background in cloud platforms and integration architectures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
