Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of technical projects for one of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing IT or software development projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans; track progress and adjust, as necessary.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and met by the development teams.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in IT or software development.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Mandatory Technical & Domain Skills: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello. Ability to interpret and manage technical requirements. Experience leading IT or software development projects.
  • Mandatory Project Management Skills: Project planning, execution, and delivery. Risk, issue, and change management. Resource coordination with internal teams and vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Communication & Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Leadership skills to guide cross-functional technical teams. Ability to provide clear and consistent status updates.
