Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Control Software Engineer with a strong background in process development, quality standards, and software lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support software engineering teams in delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process audits aligned with ISO or CMMI standards
- Ensure adherence to the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Develop and deploy standardized processes for software teams
- Perform risk and gap analysis on existing process documentation
- Create and maintain process documentation inventory
- Develop and manage project plans for process improvements and documentation updates
- Monitor progress and provide dashboard and KPI reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead projects of varying size and complexity across multiple processes
- Drive organizational change using industry-leading development practices
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure process adoption and compliance
- Provide coaching and mentorship to teams for troubleshooting and best practices
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a matrixed organization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of ISO / CMMI process standards
- Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies
- Experience in project management, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Expertise in process improvement and documentation
- Strong analytical skills for risk/gap assessment
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or experience in Lean / Six Sigma
- Experience with PowerApps, Power BI, or Python for internal tool development
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
- Background in driving organizational process transformation

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
