Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect / Technical Consultant with strong expertise in FedRAMP-compliant implementations and enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, implementation, and transformation programs across ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and CMDB while ensuring compliance, scalability, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and implementation
- Design scalable and secure solutions aligned with FedRAMP requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs
- Define architecture for: ITSM / ITOM, FSM, CMDB
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead Greenfield implementations, Re-platforming, Instance consolidation and migration
- Oversee Development, Integration with third-party tools, Deployment and orchestration
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
FedRAMP & Compliance
- Implement and manage FedRAMP security standards, Authorization processes, Continuous monitoring
- Ensure compliance with ITIL and industry standards
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction across project lifecycle
- Mentor and guide development teams
- Review technical deliverables and ensure quality
- Drive architecture governance and best practices
Development & Platform Expertise
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, JavaScript scripting, Workflow and UI configuration
- Expertise in Custom application design, Integrations, Orchestration
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Engage with clients and stakeholders for Requirement analysis, Solution discussions, Status reporting
- Lead Agile delivery and project execution
- Create and manage Development plans, Dashboards and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant
- Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery), ITIL V3 Foundation
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow deployments and integrations, Instance merging and upgrades, ITIL process definition
- Experience with Support, maintenance, migration, and implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of FedRAMP security and compliance, FSM design and implementation for enterprise clients

Special Requirements
Only U.S. citizens or Green Card Holders (Federal Compliance / FedRAMP). CTA (Certified Technical Architect ServiceNow) is Mandatory. Onsite.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: San Francisco, CA, Cincinnati, OH, Dallas, TX, US
