Job Description: Oracle eBS Discrete Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Oracle eBS Discrete Manufacturing professional to join our team. This role is critical for performing root cause analysis (RCA) on problem tickets within Oracle EBS and custom solutions. You will be responsible for triaging and creating solutions for production tickets, attending and leading major incident response, and developing data fixes and code fixes for production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Problem tickets in Oracle EBS and custom solutions.
  • Triage and create solutions for Production tickets.
  • Attend and lead Major Incident response efforts.
  • Develop Data fixes and code fixes for Production issues.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in performing RCA for Problem tickets in EBS and custom solutions.
  • Strong ability to triage and create solutions for Production tickets.
  • Experience in attending and leading Major Incidents.
  • Skilled in developing Data fixes and code fixes for Production issues.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle eBS Discrete Manufacturing modules.
  • Knowledge of custom solutions within Oracle EBS.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident management.

Experience Required:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Compensation & Location
