Job Description: Appian Developer
We are looking for a skilled Appian Developer to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Appian and web-based applications, providing technical guidance, and translating business requirements into technical designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Appian and web-based applications.
- Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required.
- Understand the differences between REST, SOAP, and the basic design principles in integrating to Web Services.
- Work with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse.
- Build critical Appian-based applications as well as associated integration components in Java.
- Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other COTS products.
- Act as a Problem Solver and possess the ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements.
- Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models.
- Scope Appian Projects effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certified.
- Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers.
- Knowledge of at least one major programming language.
- Knowledge of Sites, complex SAIL Forms.
- Should have done multiple integrations with external systems.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
