About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer / Agentic AI Lead to drive the design, development, and enterprise adoption of Agentic AI systems and Generative AI solutions. This role focuses on integrating AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and building scalable, production-grade AI platforms in cloud environments.
You will play a key role in translating AI strategy into execution, enabling enterprise-wide adoption while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agentic AI & GenAI Development: Design and implement Agentic AI workflows including agents, prompt chains, and orchestration frameworks. Build and optimize LLM-based solutions with guardrails, safety layers, and context management. Develop and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or equivalent infrastructure. Implement AI-enabled SDLC workflows across requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
- Cloud & Platform Engineering: Build and deploy AI solutions on cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS Kiro or equivalent). Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI platforms and pipelines. Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and data platforms.
- DevOps, CI/CD & Production Operations: Integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes. Deploy, monitor, and maintain production-grade AI systems with observability and performance tracking. Implement automated testing, validation, and rollback mechanisms for AI systems.
- Enterprise Adoption & Strategy: Drive end-to-end AI strategy execution, from ideation to scalable deployment. Enable enterprise rollout and adoption of AI solutions across business units. Lead change management initiatives to support AI transformation. Collaborate with engineering, platform, and business teams to align AI solutions with organizational goals.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance: Implement AI governance frameworks including risk management, compliance, and guardrails. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, especially in healthcare or other regulated industries. Establish best practices for ethical and responsible AI usage.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Proven hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems and GenAI implementations.
- Strong experience designing LLM workflows (agents, prompt chaining, orchestration).
- Experience integrating AI into SDLC processes (requirements, build, test, deploy).
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation.
- Experience deploying and managing production-grade AI systems.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated environments (preferably healthcare).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI transformation programs.
- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and model lifecycle management.
- Exposure to AI observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
