Job Title: Project Manager – ServiceNow Delivery
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ServiceNow delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, specifically within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical understanding of ServiceNow, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies in project management and ServiceNow implementation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on IT projects.
- Demonstrable experience managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in an Onsite/Hybrid environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
