Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Dynamics 365 (D365), vendor management, and software implementation projects. This is an onsite role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week at the Deerfield Beach, FL location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects involving multiple vendors and integrations
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain full-scale project plans
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Track and report project status to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage project changes to meet business objectives
- Provide direction to external vendors
- Participate in quality audits
- Develop RFI/RFP documentation when required
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Strong experience with vendor management and package implementations
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple dependent projects
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Experience managing internal, external, and hybrid teams
- Technical understanding of infrastructure and technology projects
- Experience managing technology roadmap initiatives
Tools & Technologies
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (preferred)
Education & Certifications
- Bachelors degree or higher (required)
- PMP Certification (required)
- Agile Certification / Scrum Master (required)
- Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (preferred)
Special Requirements
Onsite (minimum 3 days per week). Local candidates only. 23 rounds (Video). Client may ask for F2F Interview. Active LinkedIn profile required.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
