Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires 13+ years of experience and involves working onsite at our client’s location in Denver, CO, 4 days a week. You will be instrumental in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of microservices, utilizing cutting-edge open-source frameworks and cloud technologies, primarily AWS.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications using modern frameworks and cloud services.
  • Utilize AWS services such as S3, EC2, EKS, and Lambda extensively.
  • Engage in backend microservices and API development using Java Spring Boot, REST, JSON, Docker, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
  • Take full ownership of software architecture, design, and development.
  • Collaborate effectively within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product/Business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Implement robust micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging, and testing strategies.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive input for improving coding standards and best practices.
  • Bring solid experience in emerging and traditional technologies including Spring Boot, Node.js, REST, JSON, HTML5, CSS, Kubernetes, Docker, NoSQL databases, and Gitlab.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
