About the Role:
We are seeking a senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Domain Consultant to drive the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter. This role requires deep Insurance Domain expertise to manage product workflows, rating engine logic, and underwriting processes while supporting comprehensive policy lifecycle implementations from ideation to operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and design End-to-End Solutions for complex Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
- Lead the Guidewire Configuration and Integration workstreams, ensuring project progress aligns with strategic plans.
- Oversee the design, development, and operations of System-to-System Interfaces, Dataflows, APIs, and Integration Middleware.
- Define and establish robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes specifically for Guidewire environments.
- Identify and align Non-functional Objectives with overarching business requirements to ensure system stability and performance.
Essential Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in Insurance Domain Consulting with a focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Expertise in Requirement Analysis, Functional Design, and Configuration.
- Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and manage cross-functional integration plans.
- Strong understanding of Underwriting and Rating modules within the Guidewire suite.
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience defining Tooling Strategies for large-scale enterprise programs.
- Advanced knowledge of Integration Architecture and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with aligning technical Non-functional Requirements to business goals.
