Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Agile/Scrum environments to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering user-focused application designs and a proven track record of multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum development environments using user stories and acceptance criteria
  • 8+ years of experience delivering user-focused application designs
  • 6+ years of experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
  • 6+ years of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
  • 6+ years of experience developing integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party services
  • 6+ years of experience with testing practices (unit, integration, UAT support)
  • 6+ years of strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience supporting large-scale or multi-org Salesforce environments
  • 3+ years of experience with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., office suites, team platforms)
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., data ingestion and identity resolution)
  • 2+ years of experience contributing to estimation, code reviews, and sprint planning
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Agentforce (prompt orchestration, guardrails, AI governance, and auditability)
