Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a SAP Coupa Consultant with 12+ years of experience. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Coupa and integration with SAP S/4 PTP. The consultant will lead solutions through the system’s lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, and deliver creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solutions through the system’s life cycle following through from inception to go live and beyond.
  • Must have strong working experience with SAP Integration exp, especially on S/4 PTP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams.
  • Leads projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors. Drive projects end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way.
  • Manages operational activities on projects and enhancements, including monitoring resource needs, preparing documentations, status reports, key issues and/or change controls.
  • Analyse the overall health of business systems through system issue tracking and cross-functional alignment.
  • Create envision solutions that follow good data design and create insightful data visualizations to drive impactful business decisions.
  • To balance trade-offs with partners between development time, usability, and performance needs.
  • Establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements.
  • Ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed.
  • Works with Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed.
  • Develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.
  • Business test planning/coordination experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills
  • Ability to learn, demonstrate and apply knowledge of the business to deliver improvements in solutions and processes and better align IT Service with Business goals

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 12+ years
  • Position: SAP Coupa Consultant
  • Must have: SAP Coupa, Integrated with SAP S/4 PTP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or its equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
