Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with strong financial and credit card domain experience to join our team. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and ensuring effective implementation of technology to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
- Develop process flows and documentation for system enhancements.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Contribute to project planning and status reporting.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business System Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the financial and credit card domain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools.
- Experience with system testing and UAT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
