Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agentforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce AI & Automation to join our team. This role is based in Durham, NC and offers an onsite work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities in AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using AI and automation technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
- Customize Salesforce features and functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce AI and automation features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices in AI and automation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce AI and automation capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools and languages (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to CRM.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
