Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in AI capabilities to join our team. This is a contract position with a duration of 6-18 months, offering a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on AI agents, autonomous actions, and prompt templates within the Salesforce Agentforce framework.
  • Leverage Data Cloud capabilities, including data models, streams, segments, and identity resolution, to enhance platform functionality.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions, drive discussions with the Product team, and clearly define project requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams, providing strong communication and independent debugging skills.
  • Coordinate and guide offshore resources effectively.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST API, Connected App, and OAuth Flows.
  • Work with Salesforce features such as Visualforce, objects, security model, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Visual Flows.
  • Manage Salesforce Content Management, including Content Version, Document, and Distribution.
  • Apply Apex design patterns and modern OO programming principles (preferably Java).
  • Experience with destructive testing methodologies and tools is required.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their automation patterns.
  • Exposure to application of design patterns.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Java Script is a plus.
  • Experience with Co-Pilot is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of AI is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to CICD tools like Flosum will be a plus point.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
  • Must have experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agents, autonomous actions, and prompt templates.
  • Essential Data Cloud capabilities: data models, streams, segments, and identity resolution.
  • Proficient in a modern OO language (preferably Java).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • LinkedIn Profile required.
