Job Description: ServiceNow SecOps Developer
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow SecOps Developer with extensive experience in Security Operations and a strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Security Operations module. This role is crucial for enhancing our security posture through effective implementation and integration of security tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Threat Intelligence.
- Design, build, and support integrations with various security tools such as Flashpoint (Threat Intelligence), Palo Alto WildFire, Netskope, Have I Been Pwned (HIBP), and others.
- Configure inbound and outbound REST integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication methods.
- Map and normalize security data, including alerts, vulnerabilities, and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop security workflows, playbooks, business rules, scripts, and automation to streamline security operations.
- Enable dashboards, KPIs, and operational/executive security reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Partner closely with SOC, GRC, Risk, and IT teams for requirements gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.
- Ensure all implementations align with enterprise security standards and audit requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 years of Security Operations experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Security Operations module.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules: Security Incident Response (SIR) and Threat Intelligence.
- Experience integrating with security tools like Flashpoint, Palo Alto WildFire, Netskope, Have I Been Pwned (HIBP), etc.
- Proficiency in configuring REST integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication.
- Experience in data normalization and mapping of security data within ServiceNow.
- Skilled in developing security workflows, playbooks, business rules, scripts, and automation.
- Experience in creating security dashboards and reports.
Additional Information:
This is an onsite contract position in Dallas, TX, with a duration of 6+ months (extendable). Onsite F2F interviews are strongly preferred. H1B visa holders are considerable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $65 – $85 per year (Estimated)
